Once we have imported or you have manually added you customers accounts to your system, you can quickly and easily send everyone a welcome email and a link that will allow them to set a password for their account.
To do this simply click into the Marketing link in the left hand menu.
From the list of marketing segments click into the System Generated "Customers without an online account" list. This list will show all customers that have an email address but have no online account.
All customers will be selected by default, you can untick any customers that you do not wish to email by using the contact toggle to the right of their customer record. Simply click on the 'Compose Email' button at the bottom of the list.
The Email composure screen will load and the default 'Registration Email Template' will be loaded in. You can customize this template from the Email & SMS setting page.
Once you are happy with the message, click on the Preview button at the bottom of the page. A sample message will be displayed, you can then send all of the registration emails by clicking on the 'Send Email' button at the bottom of that screen, the system will create the email messages and queue them up for sending - a separate system sends emails in this queue every 15 minutes (e.g., 1pm, 1:15pm, 1:30pm etc...)
