Boarding Bookings

We have a full guide to increasing the rates charged for boarding bookings on the following help page

If you use a custom pricing algorithm for your pricing please contact support to request changes.

Daycare Bookings

If you need to change the price that you charge for daycare bookings you can do this from the Daycare Settings screen. If you need to update the cost of any future bookings you can do this again from the settings page by clicking the 'Update Future Unpaid Booking Prices' button. Once pressed the system will loop through any future bookings and update the price of any unpaid bookings.

It is not possible to add new rate that only apply after a certain date.

Walk Bookings

If you need to change the price that you charge for walk bookings you can do this from the Walk Settings screen.

Additional Services

If you are changing the prices of an additional service the new price not be updated on any services already applied to current or future bookings.

Daycare/Walk/Training Packages

To update the price of the credits package you can do this from the 'Packages & Credits' settings page. Anyone who purchases a package once the price has been altered will be charged at the new rate.

If you are planning on changing the number of credits on a package, you will need to create a new package and mark the old package as deleted.

Subscriptions

It is not possible to update the price of subscriptions once they have been created - this is a limitation of Stripe's platform. If you need to alter subscription prices you will need to create new subscriptions and then cancel the subscription the customer is signed up to and then resubscribe them to the new subscription.
