Checkout multiple bookings for a customer

If you have multiple unpaid/checked-in bookings for a customer you can group them all into one invoice.

If you have a customer that has multiple bookings in the system that either have an outstanding balance or are currently checked in, KennelBooker can let you add all bookings into one invoice.


Firstly, makes sure you have Simple Checkout turned off in the settings, once turned off the system will give you more options at checkout.

When you to checkout your next booking you will see the following screen if the customer has multiple outstanding bookings.

You can add additional booking to the invoice by selecting the checkout box to the right hand side of the screen, then click on the [Checkout Bookings] button to take payment and checkout the bookings.
