When viewing a customers details you can access the customers history by clicking on the History link in the left hand menu.

On the history page, you can expand each of the panels to see the customers past bookings, and packages of credits purchased and used, and sales made, all past payments. If needed you can historical Emails and SMS messages, from the Email and SMS link in the left hand menu.
