When looking at either the customer and pet profiles screen you will see a sub menu link called 'Documents', when you click on it you will see all documents uploaded to the customers account.
To upload a new document firstly select if you wish the document to be public (customers can see if from the online booking portal) or private (only you have access to it), then choose the document type for the list, you can then specify if the document relates to the owner or to the individual pet, you can also choose a neame for the document, then click on the [Select Document] button.
You can delete documents from the system by clicking on the [Delete] button beside to the document. The Uploaded By flag will denote if the document was uploaded by you [Business] or by your customer denoted by [Customer]
