Deleting or Archiving a customer record can be achieved by clicking into the customers account and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Once at the bottom simply click on the [Archive Customer] button - then confirm your change.

Archived customers will no longer appear in search results. 

To find customers that have been archived when searching for a customer make sure to tick the archived customers checkbox.


A customer account can be archived by clicking into their account and clicking the [Un-Archive Customer] button.
