Send an Invoice to a Customer

Send customers an email with their statement of outstanding payments owed. How to send customers an Invoice.

From time to time you may have customers that have arrears due on their account, in kennelbooker we make it easy to combine all of the customers outstanding bookings into one invoice that is automatically emailed to them.

When viewing the customers profile click on the [Send Invoice] button underneath the customers Outstanding Balance.

On the next screen add the bookings to the invoice you wish to create and click on the 'Create & Email Invoice' button.          

KennelBooker will generate a PDF of the bookings you have selected, and email it directly to the customer!   

The system will use the [Unpaid Bookings Email] Template that you can find in the 'Emails & SMS' tab in the settings page.

          

To modify the body of this email just make your changes and click on the 'Update Details' button.
