If you accidentally checkout a booking and need to undo this you can reset the booking status easily from the Admin page from the booking menu.

If you accidentally check-in a booking, checkout a booking, or cancel a booking if you click into the Admin page you can update the booking status quickly.

Note: you need to click into the booking you wish to change the status on to see the menu below.

Once on the admin page if you click on the 'Update Booking Status' button you can change it to one of the available options.

Boarding Bookings Note: if you checkout or cancel a boarding booking you will need to reallocate the pet(s) to runs/rooms for the booking duration, as the system will remove the allocation when cancelling a booking or remove unused spaces if the room was vacated early
