If you need to move a pets profile from one customer account to another (in the case where a couple splits up, or a pet is adopted), you can do this easily from the Customer Admin screen.

1. Go to the Original customers account

2. From the customer menu click on the Admin option

3. From the Admin screen in the top panel, select the pet you wish to move and then search for the new customers account, once from just click on the 'Select' option from the customer list. The pets profile will then be copied and the original pets profile will be archived. (Note: no past bookings will be transferred as this information linked to original owner).
