Occasionally you may need to block out rooms for periods of times for a number of reasons for example when carrying out renovations/maintenance.
In order to block out the room you will need to create a fake booking in the system and assign the fake customers to that room for the duration of the maintenance,
If you need to book out multiple rooms just create a fake booking with X number of pets - where X is the number of rooms that you need to take out of commission. You can then assign each room to each pet when adding the bookings.
