Manually Adjust Credits on a Customers Account

Occasionally you may need to make a manual adjustment to the number of credits on a customers account by adding or removing credits.

When viewing a customers account, along the customer menu bar click on the tab called 'History'

Once the History screen opens next scroll down to the 'Daycare Credits' panel then click on the 'Modify Credits' button in the bottom right hand corner.

In the popup window enter the required information, the reason for the adjustment, the type of credit being adjusted (Full Day, Half Day, or Hourly, and either a positive number '2' if adding credits or a negative number of removing credit '-1').

Once added their the change will be reflected in the balance of credits on their account.
