Once a booking has been entered into the system, you can easily update the Rates charge for the booking by clicking on the 'Rates/Runs' tab on the booking menu.

Once on the rates tab you can change the rate by selecting a new one from the Rate drop-down list. 

Just click on the [Update Booking] button to save the rates change. The new booking cost will reflected on the main booking page.
