You can record private notes on a pets or customers file easily. When viewing the pets profile page if you click on the 'Notes' tab on the left sub-menu, you will access the notes section.

Note: Any notes added in this section cannot be seen by the customer on the online tool.

From the notes screen you can view all of the notes entered against the customers and pets notes, to add a new note to the account just click on the [Add Note] button

From the slide out screen you can then create the note and assign it to the pets account or the customers account.
