If you wish to record incidents in KennelBooker you can do so by enabling Incident Reporting on your account, click on the button below and enable and turn on 'Enable Incident Reporting'. 

When on the Boarding Booking screen, the Incident Reporting panel is located on the right hand side of the screen.

Click on the  [+ Add Incident] button and add the details of the incident and click on the update button.
