KennelBooker allows you to setup runs in the system so that you can add multiple bookings to the run at the same time. These types of runs never book out.

To set up a group run - go into the Settings page then click on the [Runs/Rooms] link.

Click into the run/room that you wish to set as a group run or create a brand new run.

When you add a booking to this group run you can view all of the booking in the [Group Calendar] section.
