You can now send your customers an email directly from KennelBooker when they have expired vaccinations, to access this feature click on the Vaccinations link in the left main menu.

You will see a list of all expired vaccinations for booking coming up in the next 3 months, you can send an email to the customer by clicking on the blue [Send Reminder] button. You can customise the text of this vaccination email from the Email templates page.

You can also use the search feature at the top of the page to filter by pet name or by customer name.

You can also use the filter on the page to see Expired Vaccinations (with no Reminder sent), Expired Vaccinations (with Reminder Sent) or All Expired Vaccinations.

You can also send vaccination email directly from the pets information page, if a reminder has already been sent you will see this with an alert message, this message will show the date the message was sent.
