Feature Overview
The system includes an module that lets you assign pets to transport vans/buses. To enable this feature click into the Transport Settings screen which is located within the settings area.
From the settings page you need to enable the main feature using the top toggle button, you can then for the various services that you offer.
Next up you need to add in your transport vehicles, so you can begin assigning pets to particular vehicles.
For example the following settings would create a vehicle called the 'Big Red Bus', and allow a max of 12 dogs on a Monday, 15 dogs from Tuesday - Saturday, 10 on Saturdays and 0 on Sundays.
Assigning Booking to Vehicles
Once you have added in your vehicles and selected the booking types from the main settings panel, if you exit out of the settings and go into the Transport link in the Left hand menu.
You will see the interface for assigning pets to vehicles, the top panel will show you all unassigned pets, from dropdown lists you can assign pets to the same vehicle using the dropdown list in the Green column or you can select different vehicle for the pickup and dropoff routes.
The the bottom of the page you can export the pets details into CSV files that you can import into route mapping systems for your drivers.
