You can use the health monitor to keep an eye on pets that are onsite, this feature allows you to create up to 8 different statuses. You can add you own status to the system from the Customization Text page.
When you load the screen it will show all pets currently onsite - when you assign a status to a pet you can optionally add a text note to the pet, so that other staff/management are aware of any ongoing issues. Once saved, pets assigned to a particular health status will be grouped together into their own list.
Generally facilities will create a of status following a color scheme or a similar, eg
Yellow - Small Issues
Red - Urgent Care/Constant Monitoring
