Why the sync error occurs

The occurrence of this error arises when a payment fails to synchronize with Xero due to its amount exceeding the outstanding balance of the associated booking or sale. For a successful synchronization with Xero, the payment amount must be equal to or less than the open balance on the booking or sale.

How to fix the sync error

Remove any manually applied payment from the booking or sale in KennelBooker and sync again.
