From time to time you may have some bookings in your system that have no runs/rooms assigned to the pets, This may happen for a couple of reasons, such as you changed or extended a booking but forgot to reallocate rooms to the bookings, or after moving bookings around you may have forgotten to reassign runs/rooms to certain bookings.
You can quickly find any bookings in the system that do not have any rooms allocated to them by running the 'Boarding - No Space Allocated' report.
