You can record a number of different activities against bookings straight in KennelBooker saving you time and paper, So grab a smartphone or tablet as start saving some trees!
The the booking screen you will see a new 'Record Activities' panel on the right hand side of the page.
To record an activity simply click on the [+ Add Activity] button and enter the details of the activity. If you choose either Feeding or Medication as the activity the system will alert you to any feeding or medication instructions already on file.
Once Saved the activity will be show in list format in the panel, you can edit the entry by clicking on the 'Edit' button (you can also delete it from the edit screen).
Displaying Activity on the Customer Portal
By default the customer will not see the activity on the online customer portal, however you can configure the system to allow the customer to view the activity log.
Go to the Online Booking Portal Settings page, and from the 'Show/Hide Fields & Features' panel enable the 'Allow customers to see activity recorded against bookings' option.
Once enabled customers can see the activity log by clicking into the booking on the online portal, the activity log will be on the left hand side of the page
