There is a loyalty points system built into it that you can enable from the settings area. To enable this feature, go to the settings area and from the left-hand menu click on the loyalty points option.

Points

Once enabled, on this page, you have the ability to assign credits or points to each individual service. When bookings checkout you can award customers loyalty points. For each booking type you can specify the number of points to award, for Boarding and Homestay bookings points are awarded per night/day. For single day bookings points are awarded for each booking.

Rewards

Further down the page, you have the option of creating your redemptions or rewards that the customer can redeem these points for. When creating a reward, you can set the number of points that need to be redeemed to add that reward to the customer's account.

Rewards can be created for items such as a free night of boarding, daycare credits, or a monetary amount of money that can be added to the customer's wallet funds.

Redeeming Points

On the customer portal, customers can see how many points they have accumulated from the dashboard on their system. Once they have a number of points built up and have met the minimum points required for a reward, they will have an option on screen to redeem those points.

Once they choose a reward, the points will be removed from their account, and the reward or credit will be added to their account to use on their next booking.

Staff can also redeem points for rewards from the customer's profile screen on the internal admin system.

Using the Reward

If the customer has redeemed points for daycare credits, credits will be used on their next booking on check-in to offset all or some of the booking cost.

If you have allowed customers to redeem points for a monetary reward, when they make their next booking, they will have the option of offsetting some or all of the booking cost with their wallet funds. Staff also have the option of drawing down and applying wallet funds to customers bookings
